She collaborates with business owners and executives to initiate and manage change, develop leaders and teams, attract and retain talented employees, and improve workforce productivity – all designed to maximize business performance through people. Margaret has authored numerous articles related to family business, organizational health and leadership development for publications such as The Baltimore Business Journal, The Daily Record, Baltimore SmartCEO and Families in Business.
